Does "Mane N' Tail" shampoo and conditioner promote hair growth?

Yes it does. I had cut my hair about last month and been using mane n tail since I cut it and when I cut it, it was a little below my shoulders and now its past my boobs. So yeah it works and after the first use it makes your hair softer.:)
